The 2025 Wisconsin Sport Show is SOLD OUT.

Registration is now open for 2026. 

The Wisconsin Sport Show is going into its 15th year in Eau Claire and regularly attracts 10,000+ guests over three days. 

Over 70% of our vendors renew their contracts each year. 

Eau Claire is located 90 minutes East of Minneapolis/Saint Paul, MN and just 4 hours northwest of Milwaukee, WI on Interstate 94. 

The event is held at the Chippewa Valley Expo Center, the largest event center in western Wisconsin with over one acre under roof, ample parking, and just ¼ mile north of Interstate 94 off Hwy 124. 

Preference is given to vendors in the outdoor sports and recreation business.  Waiting lists are available for vendors in the following categories:  home improvement, health and fitness, insurance and financial services, ready to eat food products, and all other non-outdoor sports and recreation businesses. 

Registration is now open for 2026 with available booth locations to be selected after July 1, 2026.  All 2025 vendors get first opportunity to renew their current space until June 1, 2026, after which unsold booths are returned to our inventory for new vendors.
